EchoStar X launched

EchoStar X, a telecommunications satellite built by Lockheed Martin for EchoStar Communications Corp., was launched successfully on Wednesday. A representative from Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems said that the satellite will greatly enhance the capabilities of EchoStar's DISH Network^TM.
