Gotta have a DVR

Two recent studies conducted by Carmel Group and Leichtman Research Group found that people who have DVRs are very happy with them. In Carmel Group's study, DVRs ranked fourth place in digital "must-have" items, ranked only after delivery of local channels, HDTV and broadband access. In Leichtmen Research Group's study, nearly 75 percent of VOD users who have a DVR say that their cable service is better due to having both technologies.
