Phone companies to serve as competition for cable TV?

Although AT&T and Verizon are trying to get into the cable TV market, the phone giants might have some hurdles to jump before it can become viable competition for cable TV. In the article Congress unlikely to ease TV rules for US telcos soon, MSN gives more details on the situation.
