VoIP revolution

Microsoft announced last week that they plan to enter the VoIP world with a product that might change the face of the cell phone market. Their product will be a Skype-style free VoIP service for mobile phones. The program will be released as a part of Microsoft Office Communicator before the end of this year. Office users will be able to use the service through wi-fi enabled phones that are equipped with Windows mobile software. This announcement has got some mobile providers worried that the free VoIP service might severely cut into the business of established mobile service providers.
