What information should I have ready when I contact WhiteFence?

The most important information for a resident to have when they contact WhiteFence is their name and address. Make sure that you give the WhiteFence customer service representative the exact name that is on your order. If you are having an issue with a service provider, then you will need to provide the customer service representative with the provider's name. In general, the more details that you are able to communicate with the customer service representative, the better he/she will be able to help you.
