AT&T CapTel Service Now Available in Michigan

AT&T announced that CapTel products are now available to customers in Michigan. A new technology, developed by Ultratec Inc. that allows individuals with hearing loss to view word-for-word captions of their telephone conversations, CapTel is designed for individuals who have good speech but do not hear well over the phone.
